Shipping & Delivery
We here at Debriefed Underwear love seeing our customers in their purchases, which is why will send out all orders both nationally and internationally 48hrs Tracked using Royal Mail. All orders are sent a tracking reference number directly to your email so that you can track your parcel from our door to yours.

UK and EUROPEAN orders made and that are received before 12 noon (GMT) will be shipped from our warehouse the same day, provided that there is stock availability. Your order will be received within 48 hours from the dispatch date. Any orders placed after 12 noon (GMT) will be dispatched from our Warehouse the following working day and will be received within 48 hours from the dispatch date.

USA and Rest of the World orders made and that are received by 12 noon (GMT) will be shipped from the warehouse the same day, provided there is stock availability. All such items will be received within 2 - 8 working days of the dispatch date.

Orders placed after 12 noon (GMT) on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday morning as our couriers do not Collect on a Saturday or a Sunday.
It's important to know too, that some products may be made to order and so some orders may take up to 2 weeks to send. We will of course be in contact with you should there ever be a delay in you getting you order and it's very unlikely to happen, but hey, it's in the T's & C's just to make sure we cover our bums! Try and bare with us though, we know how much you want the pants and we want to get them out as quick as we can for you...

Ok, plain & simple.... What happens in Debriefed, stays in Debriefed....
We don't share personal data willingly with any other organisation. Likewise, we spend all we can afford on the latest security equipment and software to ensure we protect all data shared with us.
You may occasionally get an email from us, however, if you're not signed up to our groovy newsletter, you won't hear from us unless you come to us, that's our golden rule... Peace out! For more info, see our rather dull Data Policy!
Returns & Replacements
Debriefed Underwear has a really fair and a rather simple returns policy. You can return an item with ease. All we ask for is the following:

Please return items within 30 days of delivery and;
Please return items in a condition suitable for re-selling - unworn, in their original condition and with all tags and original packaging intact and undamaged.

If you would like to try underwear or swimwear on for size or fit, the best option is to do this over other clean underwear. For hygiene reasons, please do not try underwear or swimwear on against naked flesh as it would then be considered as worn. We are unable to accept returns of worn items unless the only way to discover a fault is by wearing or washing them. All returns are checked.

If you would like to return items please contact us at Enquiries@debriefedunderwear.co.uk and send a note with the item,when you return your order so we know it's yours and can refund you quicker.

If you would like to exchange an item for the same item in a different colour or size, please e-mail us at Enquiries@debriefedunderwear.co.uk and we will hold the exchange whilst we await the return.

If you would like a different item entirely, please place a new order for this and return the unwanted item(s).

If your item is faulty, was miss-described or the wrong items have been delivered, Debriefed Underwear is at fault. Please e-mail enquiries@debriefedunderwear.co.uk for us to arrange the return.
If Debriefed Underwear is not at fault and you wish to return items, you will be responsible for returning the item(s) to Debriefed Underwear at your cost. You must take reasonable care to ensure that they are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. Please remember to obtain a certificate of posting.

When your item(s) is received back to Debriefed Underwear, refunds are usually made the same day. Refunds are completed in the same manner in which payment was received. Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to clear your account.

Please note that postage & packaging charges on your original order are not refundable. Which means if you got free shipping on the order, we may deduct the cost to us for shipping from your refund.

Ok so to place an order with us, you don't even need to set up an account... It helps if you do; but you don't need to. Simply browse through our website and decide on the great men's underwear that we stock, find the right size for you and add it to the cart, from there you can either shop some more, or else head to the checkout and confirm your order with payment.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment must be made for your order at the checkout at the time of placing your order, we use payment gateways accepting all major credit and debit cards and is used the world over. Our prices as displayed are inclusive of VAT, charged at the UK current rate for your area if applicable. We occasionally run promotions which are only visible when you create an account, sign up to our newsletter, or follow us on social media. Promotions are usually in the form of discount coupons, which may be retrieved at the checkout. Or they may be created as a bundle offer. Offers are subject to changes and terms & conditions may apply.
